What Is The Difference Between Uggs And Bearpaws?

I mean all i know is that the Tall Uggs are $150 and the Bearpaw Talls are $60. If Uggs are better quality i would get them, but im not sure of that. If Uggs and Bearpaws are basically the same thing then why not get it in cheaper (as in Bearpaws) then spend so much money for Uggs?
IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THESE TWO BRANDS OF BOOTS?
