b/c machine engraving isn’t actual digging into the silver it is just moving the silver around.

so my mom surprised me at the store by buying me the heart toggle bracelet for my 16th birthday. she got it engraved and fit to my wrist too because it was a little too long and the sales rep. said that it would take about 2 weeks because they have to send it off or something. so it’s been exactly two weeks today, because she bought it on aug 22nd. it’s been paid for and everything. so i called in today and the people weren’t helpful at all, they just told me to leave a message in the sales rep. voice inbox so i did, but being the idiot i am, i forgot to leave my number. my friend said that her’s only took about 4 days to be engraved. should i go to the store? i don’t know what to do?

For Christmas, my parents are buying me my first piece of Tiffany jewelry. I want a necklace, so we went to the store today to try on some pieces and I really like this one. The only problem is that my name begins with the letter S and I hate the way the S looks, it looks like a P or an L, I was wondering is there any way I can have them change the font? I like the orginal pieces that say “Return to Tiffany&Co.” but everyone has them and I want mine to stand out. I really like this piece, but I just hate the font. Can anyone help me?

I broke up with my boyfriend years ago and I still have the bracelet he bought me with his name engraved in it. Now, I dont wanna wear it cuz his name is on it, is there a way to possibly get a filler at the Tiffany & Co store or do they not do that…
