I bought the Elsa Peretti Madonna pendant and was under the assumption that it was authentic. This is the actual listing: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie…
The seller never stated it was “authentic” only to “Bid with confidence” because she had 100% feedback. This is such bull. I am so mad! Is this person off the hook because they didn’t state it was Authentic? I would think that just because they were using the trademarked Elsa Peretti name, that it was implying it was authentic…. HELP!

ok i bought a tiffany ring for my girl, and it turned out to be fake. Very upset, that seller told me he can refund my money. I know that he was selling lots of fake stuff on purpose. Now I don’t care about the $, I want to give him more trouble. Can I take him to the court? I heard about FBI internet agency, did anyone ever try? really useful?
What if I take the ring to Tiffany and give them the seller’s info. will they lawyers do something about it?
I just want to give that guy a lesson and stop him selling these stuff again and again. Any ideas? Thanks

I hate ebay and I’d much rather use another type of site. Any suggestions on how to sell this stuff quickly?

well I’d check the label, ask why they’re cheap, look at the background, see if they have a genuine background and they haven’t just got the picture of google images
TBH. I wouldn’t buy the boots of eBay because most aren’t going to be genuine, I would just buy them from the USA or something if you find them to expensive
Good Luck!

It looks legit but then I read somewhere that if it is shiny that it means its fake? I have run my nails along all the links to check and it is stamped with Tiffany & Co and also 925. I just want some help as I am giving the bracelet to a girlfriend for her birthday and I’m trying to log into the Tiffany website at the moment but I can’t so HHEELLPP!!!

The only way to get authentic Tiffany jewelry is at Tiffany. There are no licensed Tiffany sellers. eBay is loaded with fakes sold at ridiculously high prices and I’d stay clear of it if you want to be certain you’re getting the real thing.
