Machine engraving comes in two forms, the one you reference which pushes the metal around to make the engraving and the other in which metal is physically removed. All metal jewelry wears with time. The type with pushed metal apparently wears faster since it has raised sections and the raised sections will wear first. With the removed metal type, it still wears, but it is not nearly as noticeable as it is the whole surrounding metal wearing instead of just the raised parts.

You either have a temporary internet connection problem or, Internet Explorer is having a coffee break! :)
Just kidding... I checked all countries including the U.S. and it opens up with no problems in Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.
I bet you'll be happier if you use Mozilla Firefox. If you're interested, download it from here http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
If all of the above fails, then you might need to configure your DNS server, which is not a very easy task to perform.
If you need more help, just add in more details and I'll be more than happy to help you! :)
Cheers!
