My EX and I broke up over a year ago (March 2007). No real drama there…it was just our time to go seperate ways.
We dated for 3 years and during that time, he gave me alot of jewelry. (Silver necklace from Tiffany, pearl earrings from James Avery, silver bracelet from James Avery, small heart diamond neclace (approx. $200), small diamond earrings (approx. $200) .
Its all very pretty…but its just not my style anymore. And really, It wasnt my style when he gave it to me…I just wore it because it was special to me because HE gave it to me.
Now that we’re not together… I dont know if I should keep it…for posterity’s sake…or if I should go ahead and sell it…since I’ll never wear any of it again.
As anyone ever been in a similar situation and what did you do?
OR…what would anyone do IF this happend?
I’m just looking for some friendly advice here!

I want to get some sterling silver jewelry from Thomas Sabo and Tiffany & Co. Will the silver tarnish and will the paint (from the painted ones) flake after a while? Pictures of what they look like after a while-say 2 years, will be much appreciated! =)

I know it originated in England, but is it actually worn by English people? I’m talking about nova check things… like would someone actually wear this outfit?

I’m asking the question because I’m planning on traveling to England next year and like Burberry, personally. I just wonder if I’d look out of place or overly American if I wore a Burberry cape or handbag (not together).

After all the stress of selling my house my husband promised me a gift from Tiffany’s. I have many piece from the but even I got a little sticker shocked at the $600 price for a silver bracelet I wanted.
Any other place I should look at for nice quality silver jewelry?
I just really like Tiffany’s none of my stuff has gotten icky, scratched deeply or junk up like other cheaper pieces from mall stores.

Last winter, I got a pair of black knockoff Ugg boots at Kmart. Now, I need a pair of pink ones, and Kmart doesn’t have them anymore as it’s summer — I need them for cosplay. Are there any brands out there that sell them for $20 or less? All I’ve been able to find are $40+, and that’s way too much.
