I received a Tiffany Hanging Lamp (a real Tiffany, not fake) from my grandparents who bought it when they were recently married so it was purchased back in the late 40’s early 50’s. It is approximately 3-4 feet wide and it has grapes on it. I saw one on Ebay this size that had grapes and pears on it and it was going for approximately $50,000.00. This lamp has one stain glass piece missing, and one edge pieces is just hanging on by a thread (however, as far as I can remember it has been like that. My grandma said that it is worth a lot of money but I just wanted to know if anyone would know the approximate value. I was pumping gas at the gas pump and gas started squirting all over the place. Covered my BRAND new not even 2 wk old UGG Boots. Unsure how I can get the smell if at all possible out of the leather and inside wool it seeped into the wool. . . HELP!! : ( Also unsure if you can wash the boots in the washing machine? I live in NYC and travel to New Hampshire a lot, so I need a really good, warm pair of boots for winter. I wanted to buy the UGG Sundance II, but all the fashion magazines say they are no longer in style, even though I always see people wearing them, anyway.
What is a good alternative? I know Minnetonka had some good ones last year, but I’m not sure if they’re in style anymore, either. I’m tempted to just not care and buy the UGG boots anyway, but they’re $200!!! If there is a cheaper, trendier alternative that is just as warm and good in the snow, please let me know.
